Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Secretariat. Cancellations made by 20th September 2022 will result in 50% refund to cover administration costs. No refund will be made for cancellation after 20th September 2022. If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is allowed at no extra charge if indicated in writing to the Secretariat by 20th September 2022.
Repetition of payment:
In the event of the webpage crashes during the payment process, please do not proceed with the second trial of payment. Please check with your local bank to confirm the payment status either it is successful or fail before proceed with the second trial of payment. This to avoid the double charges to your account.
